Sadda Haqq..!

“Kyun sach ka sabak sikhaaaye
Jab sach sun hi na paaye?
Sach koi jo bole to tu
Niyam kaanun banaye.”
The above lines of the famous song “Sadda Haqq” from the flick Rockstar sure does hold true in the present scenario of our country. Politicians trying to bog us down with their new found laws and acts, trying whatever they can so as to stop the truth from coming out. But is it worth it? Is it justified on their part to do so? I say no. The truth is already out. The government is mostly ineffective, full of corruption and multitudinous flaws. This all has led to chaos and unrest all over the country, on a scale never seen after the Independence of our nation. And the capital’s answer to this problem? Simple..Just hide the facts, cover the trail..pretend that nothing’s happening!
 But the government won’t be successful this time. The youth is waking up. From the peaceful protest of Anna Hazare to the violent outburst which has been deeply imprinted on the face of Mr. Sharad Pawar, the times have started to change.
The youth of today won’t take no for an answer. We need the proper explanation of each scam, con, hustle that has been played on us since the 1950s. The social uprising has already been initiated on social networks like Facebook & Twitter. So now, the government wants to censor our social updates just to make it sure that their ugly truth doesn’t get out in the open.

Just listen to this: "Anna instigates violence"- Sharad Pawar.
No Mr. Pawar, he doesn’t. You got slapped because of your own whims and fancies. Don’t blame someone else for it.

Now, let’s talk about the man who might get this blog down if he reads all this, Mr. Kapil Sibbal.
What to say of him? Let’s have a look at his work profile:
1.       Introduced the CCE system of education, thereby making a somewhat working education system into a dysfunctional tormenting machine for the little kids. You want to make the youth more educated? Then go get your facts right about better education skills and systems. Merely copy-catting foreign countries won’t do.
2.       Put a daily capping on the number of SMS a user can send from his mobile. Man for this move I really wanna pull a sharad pawar on him! Who are you to decide how many SMS am I allowed to send? If you are really so smart then reform your telecom ministry and put this act only on the telemarketers, not on subscribers like us.
3.       The crème-de-la-creepy..the screening of updates of all Indians and reviewing them whether or not they are “post-worthy”. Well Done Sibbal sahib, you and you’re bloody government can’t monitor a handful of pricks you call politicians so as to curb corruption, but you sure as hell can monitor the tweets and updates of all the Indians! If you think that its going to happen then you need serious psychological help.

Actually, Sibbal wants to monitor our tweets because Internet is the only media that can’t be bought. He wants to kill our right to freedom of expression and speech, which is totally unconstitutional and illegal by law.

You want to play Law and order with us Kapil Sibbal, well here you go, something direct from your rule book, the Constitution of India:
Article 13. Laws inconsistent with or in derogation of the fundamental rights.—(1) All laws in force in the territory of India immediately before the commencement of this Constitution, in so far as they are inconsistent with the provisions of this Part, shall, to the extent of such inconsistency, be void.
(2) The State shall not make any law which takes away or abridges the rights conferred by this Part and any law made in contravention of this clause shall, to the extent of the contravention, be void.
(3) In this article, unless the context otherwise requires,—
(a) “law” includes any Ordinance, order, bye-law, rule, regulation, notification, custom or usage having in the territory of India the force of law;
(b) “laws in force” includes laws passed or made by a Legislature or other competent authority in the territory of India before the commencement of this Constitution and not previously repealed, notwithstanding that any such law or any part thereof may not be then in operation either at all or in particular areas.
(4) Nothing in this article shall apply to any amendment of this Constitution made under article 368.
And, Article 19: Protection of certain rights regarding freedom of speech, etc.—(1) All citizens shall have the right—
(a) to freedom of speech and expression;
(b) to assemble peaceably and without arms;
(c) to form associations or unions;
(d) to move freely throughout the territory of India

Fine, if Kapil Sibbal wants to defy all law and go on with this fancies of his, then let’s unite and give him a taste of his own medicine. Let’s give him updates more than he can handle. Let him review. Let’s see whether the government has the guts to stop this movement or not.

Till then, signing off..Jai Hind..
